** Please call or text me from your car when you arrive, and I will unlock the front door for you. You can also let me know if you'd like help bringing anything inside.


Schedule 30 minutes for your session. It's best if you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.


NOTE: We are likely to have sessions following yours so it's imperative to arrive on time.
